Presta 700x23-28c Tpu Tube

TPU inner tubes represent a meaningful step forward from traditional butyl rubber, and the Magene Presta 700x23-28c TPU Tube brings that technology to Indian riders at an accessible price point. Lighter and more supple than butyl, TPU tubes suit road cyclists in cities like Pune, Delhi, and Chennai who want better rolling feel without committing to a full tubeless setup. Cobbled Climbs is the authorised retailer for Cervelo in India.

Use Cases

Spare on rides. Backup tube to carry on Indian rides where puncture risk is high.

Lightweight setup. TPU tubes for weight-conscious race day or competitive efforts.

Standard fitment. Butyl tubes for daily training and reliable long-term use.

Our Take

For Indian road cyclists riding patched tarmac, Lonavala climbs, or the smooth stretches between Hyderabad and Secunderabad, this TPU tube offers a genuine performance upgrade over standard butyl. The Presta valve suits modern road rims, and the TPU material resists heat build-up better than butyl in 35°C+ conditions — a real advantage during summer training rides across the Deccan plateau. At Rs. 790 with free delivery above Rs. 2,500, it is easy to stock a spare.

Sizing for Indian Riders

This tube fits 700c wheels with tyre widths between 23mm and 28mm — the most common range for road bikes ridden across Indian cities and hill routes. If you run 25mm tyres on your Cervélo or a similar road build, this tube fits correctly. Riders going wider for rough surfaces should size up to a 28-35c tube instead. Check your tyre sidewall for the printed width before ordering.

Compatibility Notes

Fits 700c hooked and hookless rims with Presta valve holes. Compatible with tubed tyre setups only — not for tubeless rims running sealant without a tube. TPU tubes require gentle tyre levers during installation to avoid pinching. Store away from direct sunlight; UV exposure degrades TPU over time. Carry a dedicated TPU-compatible patch kit on longer rides.

Pairs Well With

Complete your tube setup with a quality folding road tyre in 700x25c or 700x28c, a reliable mini pump or CO2 inflator for roadside repairs, a set of lightweight tyre levers, and a saddle bag to carry a spare tube on every ride.
