PRO Team Socks Extra Long

The Rapha PRO Team Extra Long Socks are built for cyclists who care about every detail of their kit. Whether you are grinding up the Ghats outside Pune, hammering through Chennai's coastal heat, or riding long weekend loops around Hyderabad, a quality pair of socks is the last thing you want to think about — which is exactly the point. Cobbled Climbs is the authorised retailer for Time in India.

Use Cases

Daily training. Breathable, wicking yarn for repeat use across Indian training conditions.

Race day. Race-cut compression and smooth toe construction for performance fit.

Variable conditions. Choose appropriate cuff height and weight for hot Hyderabad summers or cooler Pune mornings.

Our Take

At Rs. 2,900, these are a deliberate choice, not an impulse buy. The extra-long cut offers meaningful calf coverage on Indian roads where dust, sun, and sweat are constant factors. Rapha's PRO Team line is made for riders who train seriously, and that intention shows in the fabric quality and construction. For riders doing regular century rides or multi-day tours through Coorg or Ooty, the difference in comfort over 80-plus kilometres is real.

Sizing for Indian Riders

Rapha socks follow EU/UK shoe size conversions. Indian riders with broader feet may find it worth sizing up one step — particularly those above a US size 10. In 35°C+ heat, a slightly roomier fit also allows better airflow inside the shoe. Cross-reference your cycling shoe size against Rapha's published size chart before ordering.

Compatibility Notes

These socks work across road, gravel, and endurance disciplines. They are compatible with all road and mountain cycling shoes. Machine wash at 30°C with a gentle detergent; hang dry in shade. Avoid fabric softener, which breaks down performance fibres over time.

Pairs Well With

Complete your Rapha kit with a lightweight PRO Team jersey, a breathable cycling cap for sun protection under your helmet, quality bib shorts for long Indian rides, and a wind-resistant gilet for early-morning Leh or Ooty starts where temperatures drop sharply.
