Ratchet Kit

Roadside mechanicals in India don't wait for convenient locations. Whether you're grinding up the Western Ghats near Lonavala, navigating Pune's potholed outskirts, or deep into a Delhi winter century, a precision ratchet kit keeps you moving when a standard multi-tool simply won't cut it. The Lezyne Ratchet Kit brings workshop-quality torque and feel to your saddle bag. Cobbled Climbs is the authorised retailer for Shimano in India.

Use Cases

Daily training. Reliable use across Indian training conditions — heat, humidity, and rough tarmac.

Race day. Performance-grade construction for competitive efforts.

Long rides. Built for full-day rides across Western Ghats, Sahyadri, or Nilgiri climbs.

Our Take

The Lezyne Ratchet Kit earns its place in any Indian cyclist's kit through one clear advantage: ratcheting action makes in-field adjustments faster and less frustrating than reversing a standard hex key. On climbs like Khandala or Coorg's switchbacks, where heat and humidity accelerate bolt creep, having a tool that works efficiently with one hand is genuinely useful. Selected for Indian conditions based on customer feedback, this is a quality-first choice at a fair price point.

Sizing for Indian Riders

This is a tool kit — physical sizing does not apply. However, ensure the bit set covers the fastener sizes used on your specific bike. Road bikes, MTBs, and gravel bikes in India commonly use Torx and hex fasteners across handlebars, stems, saddle rails, and derailleurs. If your drivetrain includes proprietary components, verify bit compatibility before ordering.

Compatibility Notes

The Lezyne Ratchet Kit is compatible with standard cycling fasteners across road, gravel, and mountain bike setups. Works with Shimano, SRAM, and most OEM component ecosystems. Not a substitute for a dedicated torque wrench on carbon components — always verify torque ratings on carbon handlebars, stems, and seatposts before tightening. Store away from monsoon moisture to prevent bit corrosion.

Pairs Well With

Build a complete field-repair kit around the Ratchet Kit by adding a compact saddle bag to carry everything cleanly, a mini pump or CO2 inflator for tyre emergencies, a tubeless plug and tyre repair kit for tubeless setups, and a chain quick-link for drivetrain failures on longer rides.
