Relic 24

The Polygon Relic 24 is a 24-inch wheel kids' and junior bike built on an aluminium frame, designed to give younger riders a capable, confidence-inspiring introduction to cycling. Whether it's weekend rides through Pune's neighbourhoods, school runs in Chennai, or first adventures on smooth paths around Hyderabad, this bike is built to grow with a young rider's ambitions.

Use Cases

Daily training. Reliable use across Indian training conditions — heat, humidity, and rough tarmac.

Race day. Performance-grade construction for competitive efforts.

Long rides. Built for full-day rides across Western Ghats, Sahyadri, or Nilgiri climbs.

Our Take

For Indian parents looking to invest in a serious first bike rather than a fleeting toy, the Relic 24 makes a compelling case. The aluminium frame keeps weight manageable for smaller riders, and rim brakes offer straightforward, easy-to-maintain stopping power — a practical choice in dusty Indian conditions where brake pad changes are simple and affordable. At Rs. 30,990 with free delivery above Rs. 2,500 and COD available, it represents genuine value in the junior bike segment.

Sizing for Indian Riders

The 24-inch wheel size typically suits riders aged roughly 8–12 years, with inseam and height being the more reliable guides than age alone. Indian children often run slightly smaller in frame fit relative to European sizing charts — check Polygon's geometry guide and, where possible, let the child straddle the frame before ordering. A flat-footed stand with slight knee bend is ideal.

Compatibility Notes

The Relic 24 uses rim brakes, so brake pad replacements are widely available across India at any local cycle shop — a genuine advantage for riders in Kolkata, Ahmedabad, or smaller towns where specialist parts can be harder to source. Pedals are typically not included; choose a flat platform pedal suited to casual footwear. First service is recommended after the initial 100km of riding.

Pairs Well With

Complete the young rider's setup with a properly certified kids' helmet, flat platform pedals, a lightweight water bottle and cage, and puncture-resistant inner tubes suited to varied Indian road surfaces. A basic multi-tool is a smart addition for on-the-go adjustments.
