Replacement Syringe

The Milkit Replacement Syringe is the spare you should keep in your toolkit before you need it. If you run a tubeless setup — on the climbs above Lonavala, the gravel tracks around Coorg, or the city commutes of Pune and Hyderabad — a clogged or worn syringe during a mid-ride sealant top-up can end your session. Having a fresh one on hand keeps your tubeless system working exactly as intended. Cobbled Climbs is the authorised retailer for Time in India.

Use Cases

Daily training. Reliable use across Indian training conditions — heat, humidity, and rough tarmac.

Race day. Performance-grade construction for competitive efforts.

Long rides. Built for full-day rides across Western Ghats, Sahyadri, or Nilgiri climbs.

Our Take

India's heat — regularly above 35°C in cities like Delhi, Ahmedabad, and Chennai — accelerates sealant drying inside syringes. The Milkit Replacement Syringe is a straightforward, precision-made solution to a very real problem: once your original syringe becomes blocked with dried sealant or degrades from heat exposure, this is the part that gets your tubeless kit functional again. A low-cost item that pays for itself the first time it saves a ride.

Sizing for Indian Riders

This is an accessory item with no size variants — one syringe fits all Milkit Booster and tubeless valve setups. No European-to-Indian size conversion applies here. Store it away from direct sunlight in your kit bag; India's summer heat can degrade rubber seals over time if left in a hot car or exposed to sustained high temperatures.

Compatibility Notes

Designed as a direct replacement for the syringe included in Milkit Booster tubeless kits. Works with standard tubeless sealant from any brand. Rinse with water after each use to prevent sealant build-up inside the barrel. Compatible with Milkit's valve system and most aftermarket tubeless valves.

Pairs Well With

Complete your tubeless maintenance kit with a quality tubeless sealant, a set of Milkit or aftermarket tubeless valves, a portable track pump with pressure gauge, and tyre plugs for trail-side puncture repairs on gravel and mixed-surface routes.
