Rs AERO SS the Myth Within Mens Jersey

The Assos Rs AERO SS the Myth Within Men's Jersey is built for riders who take performance seriously. Whether you're pushing through Pune's punishing summer climbs, grinding up the Western Ghats, or chasing a Strava segment on a humid Chennai morning, this jersey brings technical fabric and aero-focused construction to every effort at Rs. 15,300.

Use Cases

Daily training. Lightweight, breathable construction for repeat use across 35°C+ Pune, Hyderabad, and Chennai training rides.

Race day. Race-fit cut and moisture-wicking fabric for timed events and competitive efforts.

Long endurance rides. Durable fabric and pocket-rich design for full-day rides through the Western Ghats or coastal stretches.

Our Take

Assos has long been the benchmark for premium cycling apparel, and the Rs AERO SS the Myth Within lives up to that reputation. For Indian riders dealing with 35°C+ heat, monsoon humidity spikes, and the kind of sustained climbs you find on roads to Lonavala or Coorg, the moisture-wicking construction and breathable build make a real difference. This is a jersey you'll reach for on race day and long training days alike — it earns its price tag through consistent, reliable performance.

Sizing for Indian Riders

Assos follows European sizing, which runs slimmer than most Indian or Asian brands. If you typically wear a Medium in Indian apparel, start with a Large in Assos. Riders above 90kg or with broader shoulders should size up. In India's heat, a correctly fitted jersey without a base layer works well; for cooler Leh or Ooty rides, size up one for layering comfort.

Compatibility Notes

Works across road, gravel, and club racing disciplines. Pairs naturally with Assos bib shorts and base layers for a consistent fit at the hem and sleeves. Machine washable — use mild detergent at 30°C, avoid fabric softener as it degrades moisture-wicking fibres, and hang dry. Store completely dry during monsoon season to prevent mildew buildup.

Pairs Well With

Complete your kit with performance bib shorts for a matched aero fit, UV-protective arm sleeves for long sun-exposed rides on roads to Hyderabad or Ahmedabad, a well-ventilated road helmet for hot-weather airflow, and quality cycling sunglasses to handle glare on exposed climbs.
