Screw Set for Ql2.1 Panniers

When a pannier hook, buckle, or mounting screw fails mid-tour, your entire luggage system is compromised. The Ortlieb Screw Set for QL2.1 Panniers is the small-parts insurance every touring or commuting cyclist should carry — keeping your Ortlieb pannier system secure and fully functional whether you are grinding up the Western Ghats or navigating Pune's morning traffic.

Use Cases

Daily training. Reliable use across Indian training conditions — heat, humidity, and rough tarmac.

Race day. Performance-grade construction for competitive efforts.

Long rides. Built for full-day rides across Western Ghats, Sahyadri, or Nilgiri climbs.

Our Take

Ortlieb's QL2.1 hook system is one of the most trusted rack-mounting mechanisms available, used by tourers from Leh to Coorg. This screw set ensures that a single lost or stripped fastener does not cut your tour short or leave your panniers rattling loose on a rough Hyderabad bypass. At Rs. 616, it is straightforward, practical value — the kind of spare that earns its place in every touring toolkit before you need it.

Sizing for Indian Riders

This is a hardware replacement set, not a sized garment — no body measurements required. However, confirm you own QL2.1-specific Ortlieb panniers before ordering, as Ortlieb produces multiple hook generations (QL1, QL2, QL2.1, QL3) that use different hardware. If you are unsure which version your panniers use, check the label inside the hook housing or contact Cobbled Climbs for guidance.

Compatibility Notes

Designed specifically for Ortlieb panniers using the QL2.1 mounting system. Not compatible with QL1, QL2, or QL3 variants. Works with standard round-tube rear racks; verify rack diameter falls within Ortlieb's QL2.1 clamp range. All Ortlieb products at Cobbled Climbs are 100% genuine and authorised — critical for small parts where counterfeit hardware can fail under load.

Pairs Well With

Complete your touring or commuting setup with Ortlieb Back-Roller or City panniers, a durable rear rack rated for loaded touring, rack-to-frame reflective mounts for night visibility in Delhi or Chennai traffic, and a waterproof handlebar or frame bag for day-ride essentials.
