HUSKE 9x100mm Quick Release Plugs w/ QR Axle

The SeaSucker Huske 9mm Quick Release Plugs with Quick Release Axle offer a dedicated mounting solution for bikes equipped with traditional 9mm quick release forks. Designed to work within SeaSucker's vacuum-mount car rack ecosystem, this plug set ensures your fork is held securely whether you're driving through Pune's expressways or heading up to Lonavala for a weekend ride.

Our Take

Indian roads demand reliable bike transport — potholes, speed breakers, and long highway stretches mean your car rack hardware works harder here than almost anywhere else. The SeaSucker Huske system converts your standard quick release fork into a SeaSucker-compatible mount cleanly and without permanent modifications. For riders heading from Chennai to Ooty or Hyderabad to Coorg with bikes on the car, the peace of mind from a properly matched axle plug is well worth Rs. 3,100.

Sizing for Indian Riders

These plugs are sized specifically for 9mm quick release axle forks — the most common standard on road and entry-to-mid-range bikes widely ridden across India. Before ordering, confirm your fork dropout width is 100mm with a 9mm QR skewer. If your bike uses a thru-axle (12mm or 15mm), you will need a different Huske variant. Most bikes purchased in India before 2020 will typically be QR-compatible.

Compatibility Notes

Designed exclusively for use with SeaSucker Huske fork-mount car racks. Compatible with standard 9mm quick release, 100mm front dropout spacing. Not suitable for thru-axle forks. Pair with a SeaSucker vacuum cup rack system for full functionality. Keep the rubber vacuum cups clean and dry between uses for best holding performance.

Pairs Well With

Complete your car transport setup with a SeaSucker vacuum-mount fork carrier or full bike rack system. Consider adding a quality bike cleaning kit for post-ride maintenance, a frame protection set for transport scratches, and a secure cable lock for roadside stops on long drives to the hills.
