Square Telaio Smart Trainer

India's monsoon shuts roads for weeks, and peak summer heat in Delhi, Pune, and Chennai makes outdoor riding genuinely dangerous. The Elite Square Telaio Smart Trainer is built for serious indoor training — delivering accurate power data, app connectivity, and noise levels that work in Mumbai or Hyderabad apartment blocks where neighbours are close and floors are unforgiving.

Use Cases

Indoor training. Structured workouts via Zwift, TrainerRoad, or Wahoo SYSTM.

Race day prep. Smart-trainer simulation of race-day power demands.

Year-round training. Indoor riding through Indian monsoon, peak heat, and pollution-heavy days.

Our Take

For Indian riders who refuse to lose fitness between June and September, the Elite Square Telaio is a serious tool. Elite's Italian engineering shows in the power accuracy and build quality, both of which matter when you're logging structured sessions on Zwift or TrainerRoad through a Chennai monsoon or a Delhi summer that pushes past 42°C. This is a trainer selected for Indian conditions — not just repackaged for them.

Sizing for Indian Riders

Smart trainers are not sized like apparel, but bike compatibility matters. Verify your bike's axle standard (quick-release or thru-axle), drivetrain speed, and bottom bracket clearance before ordering. Riders in Bangalore or Pune using thru-axle road bikes should confirm the correct adaptor is included. Contact Cobbled Climbs if you are unsure — our team can cross-check your setup against this trainer's specifications.

Compatibility Notes

The Elite Square Telaio connects via ANT+ FE-C and Bluetooth Smart, compatible with Zwift, TrainerRoad, Rouvy, and Wahoo SYSTM. A cassette matching your drivetrain's speed is typically required separately — verify 10, 11, or 12-speed compatibility with your groupset. Use a vibration-dampening mat to protect flooring and reduce resonance in concrete apartment buildings common across Indian metros.

Pairs Well With

Complete your indoor training setup with a high-flow fan for ventilation during hot sessions, a trainer mat for floor protection and noise dampening, a sweat guard to protect your frame and headset from salt corrosion, and a compatible cassette matched to your road or gravel drivetrain.
