Prizmatic Bartape

Bar tape is the most personal contact point on any road bike — it shapes every hour in the saddle. The Supacaz Prizmatic Bartape brings colour and grip to Indian handlebars, whether you are grinding the Ghats above Lonavala, sprinting on the Pune bypass, or logging early-morning kilometres through Chennai's coastal humidity. Cobbled Climbs is the exclusive Indian distributor for Campagnolo in India.

Use Cases

Daily training. Comfortable reach and bar shape for repeat training use.

Race day. Aerodynamic profile and compact drop for competitive fit.

Long endurance rides. Multiple hand positions for fatigue management on full-day rides.

Our Take

Indian roads demand more from bar tape than smooth European tarmac ever would. The Prizmatic's cushioning absorbs the constant chatter of patched surfaces and broken asphalt edges, while its grip stays confident even when sweat builds up during 35°C+ summer rides. The iridescent finish catches light beautifully without sacrificing function — a rare combination at this price point for Indian cyclists.

Sizing for Indian Riders

Bar tape is a universal fit product — one roll wraps a standard drop handlebar regardless of rider size. Indian riders with sweaty palms in humid conditions like those in Kolkata or Kochi should apply tape with consistent tension for even coverage. Double-wrap the lever hoods area if you prefer extra cushioning on long climbs.

Compatibility Notes

Compatible with standard drop handlebars from all major brands. Works with Shimano, SRAM, and Campagnolo shifter lever hoods. Includes end plugs for a clean finish. Replace bar tape every six to twelve months under regular Indian riding conditions — monsoon moisture and heat accelerate wear.

Pairs Well With

Complete your cockpit setup by pairing the Prizmatic Bartape with a quality drop handlebar, a comfortable stem at your preferred stack height, cycling gloves for added grip on long rides, and a handlebar bag for randonneuring or commuting across Hyderabad or Delhi.
