Trunk Mount Bike Carrier - Swift Touring

Transporting your bike by car across India — whether heading to the Sahyadri foothills near Lonavala, a weekend ride in Coorg, or a cycling event in Pune — demands a carrier you can rely on. The BNB Swift Touring Trunk Mount Bike Carrier offers a practical, vehicle-friendly way to carry your bike without the cost or complexity of a roof or tow-bar system.

Use Cases

Race day. Race geometry and pro-level component spec for competitive efforts.

Daily training. Endurance geometry and comfort for repeat training rides.

All-road and gravel. Versatile platform for road, gravel, and bikepacking in India.

Our Take

For Indian cyclists who load bikes into cars for weekend escapes to Khandala, Ooty, or Coorg, a trunk mount carrier is often the most practical starting point. The BNB Swift Touring fits a range of vehicles without permanent installation. In a country where road trips to cycling destinations are common and secure transport matters, this carrier addresses a genuine need at a price point that makes sense for serious recreational riders.

Sizing for Indian Riders

Trunk mount carriers are sized by vehicle type — hatchback, sedan, or SUV — rather than rider measurements. Before ordering, confirm your car's trunk or boot profile, especially if you drive a steeply raked sedan common in India. Contact Cobbled Climbs with your vehicle model for fitment guidance. Frame size of your bicycle also affects how straps and cradles are positioned.

Compatibility Notes

The Swift Touring is designed for trunk or boot mounting without requiring a tow bar or roof rails. Verify strap anchor points suit your vehicle's door or boot lip. Check that your bike's frame geometry — particularly step-through or non-standard frames — works with the cradle design. Not recommended for use on carbon fibre frames without protective padding.

Pairs Well With

Round out your transport setup with a quality bike cover or travel bag for additional protection, a torque wrench for safe reassembly at the destination, a compact floor pump for post-transport tyre pressure checks, and a taillight or reflective flag for road visibility when the carrier is in use.
