Tubeless Insert Kit

Tubeless tyres are only as reliable as the system behind them. The Lezyne Tubeless Insert Kit gives riders a compact, well-considered solution for managing punctures on the go — critical when you're mid-climb on a Lonavala ghat, navigating Pune's crater-pocked roads, or grinding through Chennai's humid coastal routes where glass and debris are constant threats. Cobbled Climbs is the authorised retailer for Time in India.

Use Cases

Spare on rides. Backup tube to carry on Indian rides where puncture risk is high.

Lightweight setup. TPU tubes for weight-conscious race day or competitive efforts.

Standard fitment. Butyl tubes for daily training and reliable long-term use.

Our Take

Indian roads demand puncture resilience, and the Lezyne Tubeless Insert Kit delivers a practical answer. Tubeless inserts help retain control and ride quality after a puncture, buying time to reach safety rather than stopping abruptly. For riders tackling the Western Ghats, Delhi's aggressive urban tarmac, or the long open stretches toward Coorg, carrying this kit is straightforward, sensible preparation. Lezyne's build quality holds up well in India's heat and humidity cycles.

Sizing for Indian Riders

Tubeless insert kits are generally compatible across standard road and gravel tyre widths. European sizing conventions apply — confirm your tyre's inner diameter (700c or 650b) and width before ordering. Riders in hotter cities like Hyderabad or Ahmedabad should note that heat-expanded tyres can affect insert fitment; install inserts at cooler temperatures for the best result.

Compatibility Notes

Designed for use with tubeless-ready tyres and compatible tubeless rims. Works alongside tubeless sealant — inserts do not replace sealant but complement it. Confirm your rim is tubeless-ready before installing. Not intended for tubed tyre setups. Clean and dry tyre interior before fitting inserts for secure placement.

Pairs Well With

Complete your tubeless setup with tubeless sealant, quality tubeless valves, a tyre plug tool for roadside repairs, and a portable mini pump or CO2 inflator. Together, these give you a fully self-sufficient repair system for long rides far from support.
