UCI Rainbow Unisex Cycling Gloves

The Santini UCI Rainbow Unisex Cycling Gloves carry the prestige of cycling's world championship livery into everyday riding. Built for performance across disciplines, these gloves address the real demands of Indian cycling — sweaty palms on humid descents, sun-baked handlebars in Pune's summer, and the need for reliable grip on rough Deccan plateau roads.

Use Cases

Daily training. Padded palms and wicking back for repeat use on training rides.

Long endurance rides. Vibration-dampening and grip support for full-day rides over rough Indian tarmac.

Cold weather riding. Insulated construction for Delhi winter and high-altitude rides.

Our Take

Wearing the UCI Rainbow stripes on your hands is a subtle nod to road cycling's highest honour, and Santini backs that identity with genuinely capable construction. For Indian riders tackling Lonavala climbs in peak summer or grinding through Chennai's coastal heat, the breathable fabric and palm grip make a real difference over long distances. At Rs. 2,495, this sits at the free-delivery threshold — smart value for a performance accessory from one of cycling's most respected Italian makers.

Sizing for Indian Riders

Santini follows European sizing conventions. Indian riders — particularly those from Punjab or Maharashtra with broader palms — should measure hand circumference and compare against Santini's official chart before ordering. When between sizes, size up for comfort on long rides. Snug gloves in 35°C heat cause hand fatigue faster than a slightly relaxed fit, so err generous.

Compatibility Notes

These gloves suit road, gravel, and sportive riding across all handlebar types. Compatible with touch-screen cycling computers when worn — confirm this against the specific size. Machine wash at 30°C with mild detergent; hang dry away from direct sun. Avoid fabric softener, which degrades technical grip fabrics over time.

Pairs Well With

Complete your kit by pairing these with a breathable short-sleeve cycling jersey, a well-ventilated road helmet, UV-protective arm sleeves for exposed Indian riding, and a cycling cap for monsoon or sunny days under the helmet. Browse all categories at Cobbled Climbs.
