Universal Fork Mount Bracket Plug Set

Transporting your bike by car demands reliable, well-fitted mounting hardware. The Tree Frog Universal Fork Mount Bracket Plug Set keeps your fork mount bracket protected and functional, filling the dropout slot cleanly when your bike is secured to a car rack. A small but genuinely important component for cyclists who drive to trailheads, rides in Lonavala, Ooty, or Coorg, or travel to events across India. Cobbled Climbs is the authorised retailer for Treefrog in India.

Use Cases

Daily training. Reliable use across Indian training conditions — heat, humidity, and rough tarmac.

Race day. Performance-grade construction for competitive efforts.

Long rides. Built for full-day rides across Western Ghats, Sahyadri, or Nilgiri climbs.

Our Take

Fork mount plugs are easy to overlook until you lose one mid-trip. Tree Frog's universal design works across the most common fork mount brackets, making it a sensible addition to any car rack setup. For Indian cyclists driving to the Western Ghats or heading up to Leh, keeping a spare set in the car boot is practical planning. Priced accessibly, this is protective hardware that earns its keep.

Sizing for Indian Riders

This is a hardware accessory, not an apparel item, so body sizing does not apply. Fitment depends on your car rack's fork mount bracket design. Tree Frog's universal plug set is designed to suit a wide range of standard fork mount brackets. If you are unsure whether this plug set matches your specific rack, contact Cobbled Climbs before ordering — our team can confirm compatibility.

Compatibility Notes

Designed for use with fork mount car racks that accept standard plug-style dropout inserts. Constructed from plastic and metal components. Verify your rack's fork mount bracket style before ordering. Not intended for thru-axle forks — check your fork's dropout standard. All Tree Frog products at Cobbled Climbs are 100% genuine and authorised stock.

Pairs Well With

Round out your car transport setup with a quality fork mount car rack, a set of wheel bags or bike bags for travel, frame protection wraps or foam padding for scratch-free loading, and a sturdy tie-down strap set to secure the rear wheel safely during transit.
