Description
The Zipp V2 Db/rb NSW XDR Body Kit is a precision-engineered freehub replacement designed for riders running SRAM's XDR cassette standard. Whether you're upgrading an existing Zipp wheelset or replacing a worn freehub body, this kit delivers the reliable, consistent engagement that demanding riding — from Pune's expressways to the climbs above Lonavala — requires. Cobbled Climbs is the exclusive Indian distributor for Campagnolo in India.
Use Cases
Daily training. Reliable use across Indian training conditions — heat, humidity, and rough tarmac.
Race day. Performance-grade construction for competitive efforts.
Long rides. Built for full-day rides across Western Ghats, Sahyadri, or Nilgiri climbs.
Our Take
Freehub bodies take a beating on Indian roads, where dust, grit, and monsoon muck accelerate internal wear. The Zipp V2 NSW XDR Body Kit is the correct solution for riders who want to extend the life of a quality wheelset rather than replace it entirely. At Rs. 9,390, it's a smart, cost-effective way to keep a high-performance Zipp wheel spinning efficiently — particularly for SRAM AXS users who need XDR compatibility.
Sizing for Indian Riders
This is not an apparel item — sizing here means drivetrain compatibility. XDR is SRAM's road and gravel cassette standard, distinct from XD (MTB) and Shimano HG. Confirm your groupset is SRAM eTap AXS or a compatible SRAM road/gravel group before ordering. The V2 designation refers to the specific Zipp hub generation — verify your hub model matches before purchasing.
Compatibility Notes
Designed for Zipp V2 disc brake (Db) and rim brake (Rb) NSW hubs. Accepts SRAM XDR-standard cassettes only — not compatible with Shimano HG, SRAM XD, or Campagnolo. Installation requires appropriate Zipp hub tools; professional workshop fitting is recommended. Clean and lightly grease the hub interface before installation to prevent corrosion, especially important in humid coastal cities like Chennai or Mumbai.
Pairs Well With
Complete your drivetrain upgrade by pairing this freehub body with a SRAM AXS cassette, quality hub grease or anti-seize compound for the freehub interface, a workshop-grade cassette lockring tool, and a torque wrench for correct installation torque. Available at Cobbled Climbs with free delivery on orders above Rs. 2,500.
