Vectr Light Cushion 1/4 Crew Socks

The 2XU Vectr Light Cushion 1/4 Crew Socks are built for riders who know that foot comfort decides how long a ride lasts. With moisture-wicking, quick-dry fabric and light cushioning underfoot, these socks handle the sweaty realities of Indian cycling — whether you're grinding the Western Ghats or logging early-morning kilometres on Chennai's ECR.

Use Cases

Daily training. Breathable, wicking yarn for repeat use across Indian training conditions.

Race day. Race-cut compression and smooth toe construction for performance fit.

Variable conditions. Choose appropriate cuff height and weight for hot Hyderabad summers or cooler Pune mornings.

Our Take

At Rs. 1,990, these socks punch well above their price. The light cushion construction strikes the right balance for cycling: enough padding to absorb road buzz on rough Indian tarmac without creating hot spots inside a snug shoe. The quarter-crew height keeps your ankle covered without trapping excessive heat — a smart call in India's 35°C+ summers. Selected for Indian conditions, they're one of the smartest low-cost upgrades in your kit.

Sizing for Indian Riders

2XU socks follow EU/UK shoe-size conventions. Indian riders should refer to the size chart and match against foot length in centimetres for the best fit. If you're between sizes, go up — a slightly looser sock is far more comfortable in humid conditions than one that restricts circulation during a long Pune–Lonavala ride. The unisex cut works across most foot widths.

Compatibility Notes

These socks are compatible with road, gravel, and indoor cycling shoes. The moisture-wicking, stretchable fabric layers comfortably under any shoe closure system — BOA, ratchet, or lace. Machine wash at 30°C with mild detergent and hang dry. Avoid fabric softener, which degrades technical fibres and reduces the quick-dry performance over time.

Pairs Well With

Complete your foot and lower-leg setup by pairing these socks with quality cycling shoes, breathable bibs or shorts, a lightweight base layer, and a sweat-wicking cap for helmet comfort. All categories are stocked at Cobbled Climbs with free delivery above Rs. 2,500 and cash on delivery across India.
