Velcro Adjustable Headband

Sweat management under a helmet is one of those small problems that compounds fast on long Indian rides. The Halo Velcro Adjustable Headband is a cycling-specific solution designed to keep perspiration out of your eyes, fit snugly beneath your helmet, and hold up ride after ride — whether you're grinding up the Western Ghats or commuting through Chennai's midday heat.

Use Cases

Under-helmet sweat management. Absorbs forehead sweat in 35°C+ heat across Mumbai, Pune, and Chennai conditions.

Sun protection. Peak shields the eyes and forehead from direct sun on long Indian summer rides.

Style and finish. Completes a coordinated kit for daily rides and group rides.

Our Take

For Indian cyclists dealing with temperatures above 35°C, a reliable sweat-blocking headband is not a luxury — it's a practical necessity. The Velcro adjustable closure means one size genuinely fits most riders, and the cycling-specific fabric construction handles the kind of sustained sweating that a gym headband simply cannot. Compact, washable, and easy to pack, this is the kind of accessory that earns its place in every ride kit.

Sizing for Indian Riders

The Velcro adjustment makes sizing straightforward for Indian riders — tighten or loosen to suit your head circumference and helmet fit. The band sits low on the forehead, so pair it with your helmet's retention system for a secure fit. Riders with larger heads should set the closure fully open before first use and adjust from there.

Compatibility Notes

Compatible with road, gravel, and mountain bike helmets across all disciplines. Works under cycling caps as well as directly under helmet padding. Machine washable — follow the care label, typically gentle cycle at low temperature. Avoid fabric softener to preserve moisture-wicking performance across repeated washes.

Pairs Well With

Round out your kit with a well-ventilated road or MTB helmet, a breathable cycling jersey suited to Indian summer conditions, cycling caps for additional sun protection, and a quality base layer to manage sweat on longer climbs through Lonavala or Ooty.
