Vuka Time Trial AERO Handlebar

Time trial and triathlon racing demand every aerodynamic advantage, and the cockpit is where position and performance meet. The Zipp Vuka Time Trial AERO Handlebar is built for riders who train on the flat roads around Chennai, Hyderabad, and Delhi — and compete on the clock. At Rs. 74,990, this is a serious investment for a serious discipline.

Use Cases

Daily training. Comfortable reach and bar shape for repeat training use.

Race day. Aerodynamic profile and compact drop for competitive fit.

Long endurance rides. Multiple hand positions for fatigue management on full-day rides.

Our Take

Zipp's Vuka TT AERO bar brings race-grade cockpit geometry to Indian time triallists. On the flat NH stretches outside Pune or the coastal highways near Chennai, a committed aero tuck pays real dividends. The design prioritises a low, controlled position. For Indian riders, the ability to stay locked in despite heat above 35°C and imperfect road surfaces makes quality construction worth every rupee.

Sizing for Indian Riders

TT bar width should align with shoulder width for a sustainable aero tuck — Indian riders typically find narrower setups suit smaller frames common in the subcontinent. In 35°C+ summer heat, a position you can hold for an hour matters more than the most aggressive geometry on paper. Confirm your stem clamp diameter and steerer compatibility before ordering, and consider a professional bike fit.

Compatibility Notes

Designed for time trial and triathlon bikes with appropriate steerer and stem standards. Verify clamp diameter before purchase. Extension width and arm pad position are typically adjustable. Use a calibrated torque wrench during installation and observe manufacturer torque limits — do not exceed specified values. Replace after any significant crash impact, even without visible damage.

Pairs Well With

Complete your TT cockpit with a compatible aero stem, clip-on arm pads or pad extensions for comfort on long efforts, an aero road helmet for race day, and a TT-specific saddle to support the forward position. Free delivery on orders above Rs. 2,500 at Cobbled Climbs.
