Winter Windlis III Headband

The Monton Winter Windlis III Headband is a cycling-specific accessory built for riders who want reliable sweat management and ear warmth without bulk. Made from a synthetic fleece blend, it sits neatly under a helmet while keeping wind chill and perspiration in check — a small but meaningful upgrade for anyone logging consistent kilometres across India's varied riding seasons.

Use Cases

Under-helmet sweat management. Absorbs forehead sweat in 35°C+ heat across Mumbai, Pune, and Chennai conditions.

Sun protection. Peak shields the eyes and forehead from direct sun on long Indian summer rides.

Style and finish. Completes a coordinated kit for daily rides and group rides.

Our Take

Don't underestimate a quality headband. On early-morning rides out of Pune or Chennai where winter mornings drop sharply before the sun climbs, the Windlis III keeps ears warm without overheating. The fleece-synthetic blend wicks sweat effectively during climbs while blocking wind on descents. For Indian riders dealing with unpredictable winter-morning conditions, this is a practical, well-priced kit addition at Rs. 895.

Sizing for Indian Riders

Monton uses European sizing conventions. This headband is designed to stretch over most adult head sizes, but riders with a larger head circumference — common among many Indian cyclists — should measure before ordering. The fleece fabric offers some give. Fits adults and teens. Check Monton's size chart if you're between sizes and prefer a snug under-helmet fit rather than a looser wear.

Compatibility Notes

Works under any road or mountain helmet with standard interior padding. The synthetic fleece fabric is machine washable — use a cool cycle with mild detergent and hang dry. Avoid fabric softener to preserve the technical wicking properties. Suitable for both male and female riders. Unisex fit across cycling disciplines.
